Please Note:  A credit card must be on file for every client.  Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your pets appointment are subject to 50% of the service fee for your dogs weight.  No-Shows are subject to 100% of the service rate for your dogs weight.  

*Please arrive on time as we are appointment based. We allow a 20 minute grace period if you are running behind. Please note that appointments running any later than 20 minutes will be treated as a no show and will be charged the full base rate of the requested service. 

Full grooms can take anywhere from 3-4 hours or more depending on the breed, de-matting required, temperament, etc. We strive to provide a quality groom while making sure your pup is comfortable in our environment. We ask that our clients be mindful of this as it may cause the process to take some time. BBNE appointments typically take 1.5-2 hours or more. 

All pups must be picked up within an hour  notice of completed groom. Pick ups later than an hour will incur a $17.50 daycare fee for an additional two hours and another fee of $17.50 for any pick ups later than that. We close at 5:30p all pick ups must be made prior to closing! $1 per minute will be charged for pick ups exceeding 10 minutes past closing unless exception was made. 

1. Daycare clients must be dog and people friendly, and should exhibit low to moderate energy levels. Weight limit cannot exceed 40 lbs.
2. To ensure the safety of all pups,  we require that pups  entering our facility , we require that ALL DOGS BE VACCINATED AGAINST RABIES. We ask that all clients provide us with a copy of vaccination history. If your pup has medical exclusions for certain vaccines please let us know and we will make an exception. 

We sometimes take before and after photos and sometimes use them on marketing platforms such as Instagram, our website, and facebook. Please let us know if you would like to be excluded from photos at the time of making your reservation. 

A $2.50 processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
